Making changes to your lifestyle, eating, and fitness is challenging! We’re constantly tempted by snacks in the grocery store, the ice cream in the freezer, a night out with the girls/guys, etc, etc and it’s hard to navigate all of those temptations. Sometimes we just want to eat or drink whatever the heck we want! So if you’re trying to make changes, give yourself some grace. It’s not easy!
