It’s easier to go on an all-out diet than eat healthy 90% of the time.
You find yourself signing up for (or asking about) a juice fast or “cleanse.”
You’re constantly having weekends where you eat ALL the things, followed by, “I’ll start on Monday.”
The problem with this way of thinking is that it keeps you stuck in a yo-yo way of living… it keeps you dieting instead of changing your lifestyle. This is not a way to live.
