Are you your own worst enemy?
There can be so many reasons we don’t reach our body composition and performance goals. We might not have the best program for us in the gym, we might not know what our breakdown of macronutrients should be, we might have a work or family schedule that makes it difficult to follow a plan.
But if we have some of these things in place, or can find our way around the obstacles, why don’t we more easily succeed?
