I’ve had hundreds (thousands? I don’t know, I’ve lost count) of conversations with clients, potential clients, friends, strangers, and everything in between about food and reaching body composition goals.
A lot of the time I hear things like this:
“I lost the most weight doing ’x’”
“When I did “x” I was the most successful.”
“I reached my weight loss goal doing ‘x’”
