There, I said it. You can curse me out all you want, but the fact is… you’re using your reason of it “not being ‘right’" and “not knowing exactly what’s in it” as an excuse to not own up to what you’re eating and turn a blind eye. Yes, you don’t know every ingredient that went into the dish. Yes, you don’t know how much oil they used. But… YES, you can still track anyway.
