There are a lot of great fats. Avocado, almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts, olive oil, coconut meat, chia seeds, and the list goes on.
When we eat our food, especially when we’re getting something like a salad at a take-out spot or restaurant, one of the problems that my clients run into is getting double (or triple) fats… What does that look like?
