What might surprise you is that I’m NOT going to say exactly what your routine should consist of. I’m not going to say that you should make your bed, or meditate when you wake up, or stretch before bed. But I’m not telling you not to do those things either.
So what am I going to tell you? That routine is how we create lifestyle and it can make it way easier to reach your goals.
